  With Sai’s blessings, this Kitchen’s journey started with $50 of groceries and mum’s recipes when a friend asked Parul to make some pani puris while she had just lost a long-term corporate job. The mother-daughter duo opened a small kitchen in 2018 closed to public and catered for parities, weddings and cultural events up to 1200 people initially which has now grown to serving upto 35000 people events.
  
  In 2020, when Parul met her Twin Flame, they decided to open the kitchen to public and serve people fresh, authentic, traditional mum’s vegetarian recipes to the table. At Twin Flame kitchen, no cans, no food colour, no bottled ginger- garlic, no bottled gravies used as much as possible.

Twin Flame had the privilege of serving vegetarian Indian snacks for the 1st time in Australia at the WACA stadium when the Indian Cricket Team played in 2022.
