Based in Frankston, we have established credibility with local Council’s, as well as many other municipalities within Victoria, and are proud of our 90-95% approval rate. Planning applications have become complicated over time and are continuing to become more sensitive, despite Victoria’s need for higher density housing. At Philip Harvey & Associates, we understand that time is money and we will do our best to ensure a 6-8 week turn-around time to prepare and lodge your application with Council.
