  From humble beginnings BAD has grown to be one of the largest workwear brands in Australia with multiple retail locations across the country.   Product Care
  BOOTS:
  We recommend cleaning frequently by brushing off loose dirt using a soft bristle brush.
  To provide additional protection of the premium leather, you can treat your new work boots with the Leather/Nubuck waterproofing agent.
  
  PANTS/SHORTS:
  Our premium pant/short fabrics must be washed with cold water and line dried.
  
  Heat will shrink and fade these products.
  
  FLEECE:
  Our premium fleece fabrics must be washed with cold water and line dried.
  
  Heat will damage the zippers and water-proof function found in our rain-defend products.
  
  JACKETS:
  Our premium jacket fabrics must be delicately hand washed and line dried.
  
  Avoid wringing the garment when removing from the hand wash as this will cause the garment to permanently lose it's shape. This is also the reason why we do not recommend machine washing. Heat will cause irreversible damage to the garment.
  
  POLOS/TEES/SHIRTS/SOCKS
  Our premium polo/tee/shirt/sock fabrics must be delicately hand washed and line dried.

  CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
  Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne, and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
  
  There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
  
  WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
  All orders are sent with tracking information.
  
  An email with your Australia Post tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  
  You will be able to track this.
  
  CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT FROM A RETAILER THAT SELLS BAD?
  All items are shipped direct from our warehouse so unfortunately you can't pick up from a retailer that sells BAD.
