  Our lot owners notice a real difference with our management approach. During our combined 10 years as managers within the strata industry, we have noticed that large strata management companies are so time poor they often struggle to offer a personal level of attention and service to each & every property they manage. We want to change that! Our objective is to create a boutique management style by limiting the number of properties we manage in our portfolio. This will allow us increased "one on one" time with lot owners, providing them with focused & personalised assistance specific to their property. Our experience with a wide range of property types, including larger more complex buildings, permits us to provide advice or recommendations on anything to do with strata management. With extensive knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act along with state legislation, we pride ourselves with the know-how and confidence required to deal with "difficult" owners or occupants when necessary. We don't shy away from problematic situations. We do all in our power to introduce recommended solutions that can ultimately benefit all lot owners and property inclusively. We also investigate where we can introduce cost savings for every owner. We dedicate time analysing your property expenses while inspecting your annual budget. We determine where costs can be adjusted without sacrificing service or living standards.
