They are light to medium in body and express the unique characteristics of the vineyard. Wild Yeast fermentation is used and the best French oak barrels in an attempt to retain the natural flavours of the grapes. The Cups Estate wines have impressed many which is evident in the amount of awards received and the high praises from wine critics. One of them, James Halliday claims that the wines are worthy of a place in any cellar. The range of wines include- Sparkling, White Pinot, Rose, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Shiraz. THE CELLAR DOOR The Cellar door takes advantage of the great views of the vineyard, olive grove, neighbouring Moonah Links Golf Course and the magnificent and all captivating dune region. The floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of the area and the round bar allows every angle of the unique building to be enjoyed. Sample the wines, indulge in a variety of European style platters, enjoy live entertainment, take a relaxing walk in the native gardens, ponder over the art displays or simply sit back and enjoy the views.
