Our PAT (portable appliance tester) is the latest state of the art equipment allowing comprehensive tests to both single 3 phase appliances, and leads. Equipment that can be powered up will be tested in the powered up state allowing a complete test to be conducted on the equipment not just the lead (dead test). We comply with the requirements of having our test equipment calibrated, which is mandatory for all test equipment used for Electrical Testing and Tagging and show the calibration certificate to our clients. Many people conducting test tagging including electricians do not comply; so ask to see their calibration certificate, without it the tests do not comply with AS/NZS3760 and you are personally responsible for the tests. Our PATstores the results, prints the tags, downloads the results to our computer. From the down load we then provide a full print out of the tests (Assets register), compile the invoice and re-schedule your next test date. The RCD test equipment also stores the results and downloads to the computer. We are professionally trained and fully insured for public and products liability. North West Test and Tag is located at Tamworth NSW and provide our services 24/7 to both small and large businesses, government bodies and all business users of electrical plug in appliances and equipment.
