We are a Martial Arts club which is predominantly karate based combined with elements of self defence and weaponry. Some of the weapons that are used include nunchukas, swords and stick work. Our club also has a focus on floor on floor combat/ grappling. We also specialise in catering for women and children and throughout the year have specific classes for women's self defence and children's self defence and stranger danger. We also promote discipline and respect within the dojo and inour everyday lives. Our club also actively participates in tournaments across Adelaide all throughout the year. Our students have been sussessful in many tournaments and in the SA state titles and have also reached the National titles.
