These 2 bedroom Luxury Independent Living Villas are designed to make life easier for the elderly; there are grab rails to the shower and toilet, with emergency call fitted to the bedrooms and bathroom (monitored 24/7 on site) beautiful S/S appliances including a dishdrawer mounted high for easy access, there are no steps or ramps, all floor coverings and curtains are included, loverly rear courtyard and plenty of peace and quiet. check out our website, you will not be disappointed.This is the 4th Aged Care Facility with Independent Living Villas I have built, I am hands on from design to completion, I am confident that I have designed and built this one to the utmost of high standards with the Villas planned for easy access, large bedrooms for wheelchairs and bathrooms to accommodate walking frame access, grabrails, you might not need this now but if the need arises it's all there.I believe we have the lowest Deferred Management Fee of all, call me for details.
