Angel Light Link is a not-for-profit organisation providing youth-friendly counselling, support groups and school prevention programs for young women aged 12-25. Support groups focus on good mental health and well-being for young women, and cover issues such as anxiety, depression and self-harm. Groups are free and run once a week for 8 weeks. Brief individual counselling is also available at no cost. School prevention and education programs cover a range of topics including body image, good mental health, friendships and conflict resolution, bullying, and much more. Workshops and programs can be provided to schools or community groups from Grade 6 through Year 12. Please contact the office for more information about our programs and services.
