  Balneaire Seaside Resort is a 4 star accommodation provider which is enjoyed and appreciated by families and business persons. People who have a taste for privacy and a tranquil atmosphere, will appreciate Balneaire, situated snugly at the base of Mt Adelaide in a quiet location with well manicured gardens. So much for the features, but what are the benefits? The first one that comes to mind is Relaxation and what that means to every individual ... Relaxation is a personal choice. For some, it means keeping active, enjoying the sights, sounds and culture of their surroundings, while for others, it means doing as little as possible. For many, relaxation is defined as, not feeling the pressure of meeting deadlines and keeping appointments. A great benefit for our esteemed corporate guests, is that they can combine work with pleasure and relaxation. Many bring their own bikes with them but if they don't, there are bicycles for hire, to suite every need. A heavy day in Court for the judges, means they can stroll across to the Deli, the Tapas Bar or down the road to the restaurant close to the beach. There's the healthy atmosphere for a stroll along the beach or an energetic walk up the Ellen Cove boardwalk with it's breathtaking views. One of the main benefits is that Balneaire is at the hub of the wheel with something to do within an hour in every direction. Some of the greatest scenery and beaches are situated close at hand. There is far more to see than can be captured through the lens of a camera or camcorder, though they can help you take home, some of the memories created in your mind, the feelings, that made you take the photos or videos in the first instance. For the Corporate guest, we have fax and photo copying facilities and our happy reception staff are always ready to assist. Free Wifi for the first 3 hours and then a fee for continued usage. For those who love history, Albany is a rich experience. There are a number of Conference venues from which to choose, which are conveniently situated for our guests. To mention a few, there are: Carlisle's, with breath taking views on Mt Clarence, across the road there is Valentines on the Crescent, down on the beach front there are two choices, Three Anchors and the Albany Surf Life Saving Club. Albany Golf Links Course is a stone's throw from Balneaire Seaside Resort. Ten Pin Bowling and the Albany Leisure and Aquatic centre are also only a five minute drive away. One of the most popular self drive tours for those with limited time, are the "must see" attractions like Whale World, The Gap and natural Bridge and if there is decent swell in the ocean, the Blow Holes.
