We specialise in Precision Agriculture (PA) and Precision Farming technology and information. We have 25 years combined experience with Controlled Traffic Farming, (CTF) and consult widely throughout the world in Africa (Sudan and Kenya), Canada, USA, and New Zealand. We are world experts on farm layouts and farm mapping, including topography/elevation mapping, which improves water drainage, reduces soil erosion, and reduces waterlogging. We have developed special techniques to combine multiple years of yield data from yield monitors and yield mapping. Variable rate lime and liming is very easy to do with todays technology, and is a simple way to manage problem soils with low pH whilst reducing input costs. We can gather data, produce maps, and provide the maps to input into your VRT machine. We use the worlds most advanced satellite imagery, and produce products such as biomass, NDVI, colour and NIR maps. We offer a range of resolution from 50cm pixel to 30m pixel, which is clipped to each paddock or field boundary, and is very cost effective. Farmers often see waterlogging, weeds, compaction, disease, nutritional problems, machinery issues, sowing problems, and spray drift, when they get imagery of their farms. The cost benefit is often greater than 10 to 1. Autosteer guidance using RTK GPS is a critical part of PA and we understand the technology. Interrow (inter-row) sowing is often conducted using GPS, plus it has the potential to reduce input costs by up to 25%. The latest technology is CORS networks or network RTK (GPSnet or smartnet), which means you dont have to buy a base station to get 2cm accuracy
