Our founder, Matthew Hoo, has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. He leads a team of highly skilled coaches, many with university degrees in exercise science or related fields. We also have Australia’s Personal Trainer of the Year 2025, Anthony Masino, on staff. We start with a personalised consultation to understand your goals, training history, injuries and lifestyle. From there we recommend the most suitable service, whether it’s one-on-one personal training, semi-private training, small group fitness, yoga, or more comprehensive support such as blood chemistry analysis or nutrition coaching. Prices vary depending on the level of coaching and frequency, but most members spend between $40–$200 per week depending on their program.
