We offer on-site and in house services for surveying, inspection, assembly, testing, tagging and certification of hose assemblies. We only supply our customers with the highest quality fluid conveying products from the worlds best manufacturers. With global reach, Chief Fluid Systems can supply you with all of your fluid conveying, testing and hose management needs. Chief Fluid Systems has expanded our in house testing capability to 4500bar (65,250psi) with the introduction of our Maximator Test Rig. The unit is fitted with an ABB Data Logger allowing us to produce a verified certificate with each hose assembly tested. The rig hose been put to good use with many UHP customers sending in hoses for testing and certification. This brings the number of test rigs in our facility to three varying in capacity from 0-230bar, 0-4,000bar and 0-4,500bar. Each rig has NATA calibrated and certified gauges (12 month cycle) fitted to ensure result accuracy
