IA03275) to provide therapeutic and culturally relevant out of home residential care for aboriginal and non-aboriginal children, aged 10 to 17 years, in the care of the Department of Children and Families and Department of Corrections. The Foundation will offer one streamlined service, this includes a Remote Residential Trauma Rehabilitation Centre and a Got Ur Back Foundation Out of Home Care home in the Darwin region. The aim is to provide continuity of care and support from the time the young person enters the Trauma Rehabilitation Centre until they are no longer clients of either the Department of Children and Families or Department of Corrections. At each point in service delivery Young People will be provided support by Got Ur Back staff, including when they have left the care of either department for a period of up to one year.
